  • Process subscription upgrades and credit allocations via Razorpay.
  • Diagnose performance, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits.

4. Cookies & Tracking Controls

We use cookies and browser storage strictly to support essential platform operations (authentication session state, guest trial counters, and theme preferences). Optional performance and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) are only initialized if you grant consent via our Cookie Banner, in full compliance with Consent Mode v2.

5. AI Subprocessors & Third-Party Service Providers

When you run prompts through our AI-assisted tools, your input data is routed securely to the applicable model provider for text or media generation. We partner with reputable enterprise AI infrastructure providers:

  • OpenAI: LLM text and image generation endpoints. API data is not used to train base models.
  • Anthropic (Claude): Deep-reasoning, long-form content generation, and code review workflows.
  • Google Cloud (Gemini): Multimodal processing, rapid content synthesis, and vision tasks.
  • Perplexity AI: Real-time citation, web research, and live verification workflows.
  • Cloudflare R2: Encrypted object storage and edge CDN caching for static media assets.
  • Razorpay: PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. QuickTool does not process or retain raw payment card numbers.

6. Data Security & BYOK Encryption

All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS). For users utilizing Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) functionality:

BYOK provider API keys are encrypted at rest using authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption before database persistence. Decryption occurs exclusively in isolated server-side runtime environments to execute user-requested jobs and is never exposed in client-facing API responses or logs.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain account details and tool generation histories for as long as your account remains active. You maintain full rights to export your history or permanently delete your account and associated records by emailing support at hello@quicktool.space. Upon receiving an account deletion request, your profile, API keys, and stored outputs are permanently expunged within 30 days.
